DCB provides high quality building, refurbishment and maintenance services to housing associations and local authorities throughout Kent, Sussex, Essex and London. DCB also provides disabled adaptations to occupied homes and public buildings through a specialist division, Living Solutions, which was founded in 2001.
DCB was founded in 1998 and has grown significantly in recent years to become one of the leading independent contractors in the South East, directly employing approximately 100 staff. DCB has three office locations in Kent and East Sussex.
From reactive maintenance and kitchen and bathroom upgrades through to major refurbishment and new build projects, we provide a full range of services to our clients making us a one stop solution for Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Repairs & Maintenance
We provide emergency response, responsive and cyclical repairs to corporate buildings and occupied homes. At DCB our robust systems support our building fabric service delivery to clients such as Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Gravesham Borough Council, London Borough of Bexley, MCCH and Canterbury City Council
New Build & Refurbishment
Our experienced staff are dedicated to delivering high quality new build, refurbishments and conversion projects with minimum disruption both to our clients and surrounding neighbours alike. We are committed to the Considerate Constructors Scheme and regularly receive high scoring inspections. Clients include Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, Ashford Borough Council, mhs, Golding Homes, AmicusHorizon, Maidstone Borough Council, Canterbury City Council, Guinness South and Eldon Housing Association.
Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishments
In 2014 we were re-awarded the AmicusHorizon kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment contract for a further 10 years and as part of this tendering process through the South East Consortium we were also nominated as the preferred contractor for East Kent Housing (for both Canterbury City Council and Thanet District Council) for an 11 year term. We have significant experience of working with residents in their homes and are extremely proud of the high customer satisfaction scores we have received.
Living Solutions - Disabled Adaptions
